Manufactures an Over/Under assembly line container exchanger.
These units provide multiple container self feeding storage along
an assembly line, reducing the frequency of fork truck required
container transfer.

Each unit
has a one container exchanger fed by a multiple position upper
level feed lane and emptying into a container return lane.
When the container in the exchanger is emptied or filled the operator
pushes a cycle button lowering the exchanger bed to discharge
the container. The container flows out of the exchanger via gravity,
when the container clears the exchanger the table automatically
travels to the charge lane to acquire the next container then
returns automatically to the work position.

The Dynarack
Inc. container exchanger presents the container to the
operator in a safe and ergonomic manner. Providing a multiple
container backup storage buffer at the operator's finger tips,
ensuring a steady flow of component parts to the operator.

Dynarack
Inc. container exchangers are designed to handle automotive
style shipping containers. The shipping containers must be conveyable
on gravity conveyor and have a maximum loaded weight of 4000 pounds.
By incorporating Dynarack Inc. push
back storage racking above the feed lane, on line container storage
is further increased.
