Dynarack Carton Flow Racking or Shelving is used for high inventory turnover items which are usually stored in uniform size containers. The containers are loaded into the back of the racking from the replenishment aisle and flow towards the discharge end of the lane via gravity as the product is being removed. |
First In First Out, F.I.F.O., stock rotation is thus guaranteed. Various types of rollers or wheel tracks are incorporated to flow the container based on the flow characteristics of that tote. Dynarack Roller systems are available for totes weighing between 1 and 125 pounds. Dynarack Carton flow racking can be placed in long rows for multiple parts picking or kiting. Individual free standing units can feed work cells and assembly lines.
